Some of the delicious food I had today. For some reason eating healthier and getting in more exercise makes us more productive. We pick up the house more often and want to do more than watch tv. It must be all the good quality food as fuel and not the heavy weigh you down comfort food. Yes we still have moments of weakness when we want to throw in the towel and go back to what was easier. And yes we still indulge in some things every once in a while. But over all our first week on this new adventure has been a good week.#feelinggood #eatinggoodpicture one
