It’s About Time

  Easter leftovers are officially gone and healthy foods fill my fridge. And I finally finally remembered to not only charge my Fitbit but to put it on and wear it too! I already tracked my breakfast and planned my meals for the day. I intend to get in a workout too so look for the proof of that later! 
In life I think anything difficult should not be done alone. Strength in numbers as they say! Below is a picture of my friend Rachel’s lunch and her killing it on the 21 Day Fix! Go Rach!!
